Pricing is by employee count: Free for 1–3 staff (no charge, no setup fee), then Starter Rs 950 (4–15), Growth Rs 1,650, Business Rs 3,000, Professional Rs 4,500, Enterprise Rs 6,500 per month. For 300+ employees, contact sales. Paid plans include a one-time setup fee of Rs 1,000. No long-term contract.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

The Free plan (1–3 employees) has no monthly charge and no setup fee. Paid plans have a one-time setup fee of Rs 1,000. There is no long-term contract — pay monthly for the plan that matches your employee count.

I’m the shop owner or HR — what role am I?

Accepted Answer

You are the Admin. Creating a workspace makes you the company admin (shop owner or HR). You set up the team, company settings, and reports. There is no separate HR login — use Admin.

Is Faciro compliant with Mauritius data protection law?

Accepted Answer

Faciro is designed to support Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 roles: your company is the controller of staff leave data; Faciro is the processor (see our Data Processing Addendum). You may still need to register with the Data Protection Office as a controller. Faciro’s privacy pages are not a substitute for legal advice or official registration.

How do managers get access?

The Admin (shop owner or HR) creates the workspace and invites managers from Team. Assign each employee to a manager so leave requests reach the right person. Until you add a manager, you can approve staff leave yourself from Employee Requests.

Question 7

Does Faciro take attendance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Faciro includes attendance integration: connect compatible systems such as Hikvision / Hik-Connect where configured, or import punch CSV / Time Card files. Punches become attendance records, then working hours, absences and overtime. Faciro does not store biometric templates — those stay on your clocks. Office teams can also enable Work from home (WFH).

Does Faciro process payroll?

Accepted Answer

No. Faciro provides a Payroll Summary — hours worked, approved leave, absences and overtime — for HR, administration or your accountant. Your payroll provider still processes pay.

Does Faciro support work from home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for office staff when the admin turns WFH on. Employees declare full-day or half-day WFH (counts as working, not leave). Managers review and approve once a week. Approved days show as Present — WFH on the attendance sheet.

Can we match our country’s leave rules?

Yes. You start with editable defaults (22 annual and 15 sick as a starting point) and change them to match contracts and Mauritius leave rules.
