Faciro is leave request software. You can optionally link a Hikvision / Hik-Connect device so clock in and out appear beside leave — Faciro does not take or record punches itself.

How to connect Hik-Connect
Built for shop owners — no IT project required. You paste a few values from Faciro into Hik-Connect, then match Person IDs on your team.
- Step 1
Open Attendance settings
As admin, go to Attendance in your Faciro workspace and open Hik-Connect settings.
- Step 2
Paste into HTTP Listening
Copy your private webhook values into Hik-Connect → HTTP Listening (domain, URL, port, protocol). Use www.faciro.com.
- Step 3
Match each person
On Team, set each user’s Hik-Connect Person ID so punches map to the right staff member.
- Step 4
See clock in & out
Once punches arrive, staff can check today’s times and managers see attendance next to leave.
Prefer CSV?
From Hik-Connect, export Attendance → Time Card as CSV, then upload it in Faciro Attendance. Useful for a one-off import or while you finish the live connection.
Privacy you can explain to staff
- Faciro does not store fingerprints or face templates — those stay on your clock devices.
- When connected, we store punch times and device person IDs so times show next to leave.
