Faciro uses the following production service providers to operate the platform. This list reflects providers actually used — it is not an exhaustive industry catalogue. It is information only and not legal advice. Primary privacy law reference: Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. Have counsel review transfers for your own compliance file.

Optional analytics
Google Analytics (GA4) (Product / website analytics) — Understand website usage when analytics is enabled and the visitor consents. Data: Pseudonymous usage events, IP anonymisation enabled where configured. Google may process data in multiple regions. Loads only when analytics is configured and the visitor consents. Attendance systems
Hikvision / Hik-Connect is the customer’s attendance system. Faciro receives punch timestamps and person IDs configured by the customer. Faciro does not store biometric fingerprint or face templates.
