- How much does Faciro cost?
- Pricing is by employee count: Free for 1–3 staff (no charge, no setup fee), then Starter Rs 950 (4–15), Growth Rs 1,650, Business Rs 3,000, Professional Rs 4,500, Enterprise Rs 6,900 per month. For 300+ employees, contact sales. Paid plans include a one-time setup fee of Rs 1,000 per branch / shop. Plans can also be shown in US dollars or euro. No long-term contract.
- Is there a setup fee or contract?
- The Free plan (1–3 employees) has no monthly charge and no setup fee. Paid plans have a one-time setup fee of Rs 1,000 per branch / shop. There is no long-term contract — pay monthly for the plan that matches your employee count.
- Who is Faciro for?
- Growing teams — from a single café or shop to multi-site restaurants, retail groups, offices, hotels and construction. Faciro covers leave, staff roster, attendance, hours, absences, overtime, and a clear payroll summary for HR — without a full enterprise HR suite.
- Is Faciro for one shop or several locations?
- Both. A single café, retail shop or office works on one business account. If you grow, connect more shops or offices under the same account. Paid plans have a one-time setup fee of Rs 1,000 per branch / shop. Each person has their own login (admin, manager or employee), so roles stay clear and teams don’t mix up across locations.
- I’m the shop owner or HR — what role am I?
- You are the Admin. Creating a workspace makes you the company admin (shop owner or HR). You set up the team, company settings, and reports. There is no separate HR login — use Admin.
- Is Faciro compliant with Mauritius data protection law?
- Faciro is designed to support Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 roles: your company is the controller of staff leave data; Faciro is the processor (see our Data Processing Addendum). - How do managers get access?
- The Admin (shop owner or HR) creates the workspace and invites managers from Team. Assign each employee to a manager so leave requests reach the right person. Until you add a manager, you can approve staff leave yourself from Employee Requests.
- Does Faciro take attendance?
- Yes. Faciro includes attendance integration: connect compatible systems such as Hikvision / Hik-Connect where configured, or import punch CSV / Time Card files. Punches become attendance records, then working hours, absences and overtime. Faciro does not store biometric templates — those stay on your clocks. Office teams can also enable Work from home (WFH). - Can we plan a staff roster in Faciro?
- Yes. Faciro includes a simple weekly roster: departments, weekly planner, publish, My Roster for staff, and approved leave on the grid. Managers can plan by day on phone. Roster is planned time — attendance remains actual hours for payroll. Leave still works if you are not ready to use roster yet. Not AI demand forecasting or shift bidding. Staff roster scheduling
- Can Faciro send phone notifications?
- Yes. Faciro supports optional Web Push alerts on the phone lock screen — for leave approved or rejected, new leave requests (managers/admins), roster published, shift changes, and missing clock-outs. Each person chooses what to receive. On iPhone, add Faciro to the Home Screen first. Push never replaces email for critical account notices.
- Does Faciro process payroll?
- No. Faciro provides a Payroll Summary — hours worked, approved leave, absences and overtime — for HR, administration or your accountant. Your payroll provider still processes pay. Payroll attendance reports
- Does Faciro support work from home?
- Yes, when the admin turns WFH on in Company settings — for offices and shops with back-office or admin staff. Employees declare full-day or half-day WFH on their phone (counts as working, not leave). Managers approve weekly. - Where is Faciro available?
- Faciro is available internationally: leave management, staff roster, attendance integration, working hours, absences, overtime, and payroll-ready monthly summaries. Pricing can display in rupees, US dollars, or euro. Leave management for growing teams
- Can we match our country’s leave rules?
- Yes. You start with editable defaults (22 annual and 15 sick as a starting point) and change them to match your contracts and local leave rules.
