- No — and that is intentional. Faciro prepares a Payroll Summary: hours worked, approved leave, absences and overtime in one CSV for HR or your accountant. Your payroll bureau or Odoo still runs pay. Payroll Summary
- No app store download. Staff open Faciro in their phone browser, request leave, and check My Roster. Optional lock-screen alerts work after adding Faciro to the Home Screen on iPhone.
- Teams of 1–3 are free with no setup fee. A 10-person team is on Starter — Rs 950/month plus a one-time Rs 1,000 setup per branch. No annual contract; change plan when headcount changes.
- One Faciro business account scales with you. Each person has their own login (admin, manager or employee). Add branches as you grow; paid plans charge setup per branch / shop.
- Yes. Faciro runs the team’s days — leave, roster and attendance. Approved leave can sync to Odoo Time Off, and month-end you download a payroll-ready CSV with Odoo employee IDs. Faciro does not replace your ERP.
